How I work
I take on systems where the constraints are real: regulated data, high transaction volume, multi-tenant scale, or AI that needs to be safe and accountable in production. I stay close to architecture and delivery while creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.

The interesting work in AI is rarely only about the model. It is about cost, safety, quality and operational control. My systems use bounded agent runs, human approval gates, context engineering, caching, evaluation and tenant-level safeguards so they can be understood and operated beyond a demo.
